I'd ask for my money back if that was possible. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. My room hasn't been properly cleaned in what looked like over a month. Pretty sure there was dirt or mold on the towels. And to top it off the place has a roach infestation. I think i killed over a dozen just in one night. Thought about just sleeping in my car, but it would've been too cold. Still contemplated it though, if that helps explain how terrible this place is, I'd rather freeze my but off in my car, than sleep on their bed. The walls w... read more

Time of year and weather play a big role in controlling pests, just like in homes, so sometimes it takes longer than any of us want to see results. We are distressed that you got such a bad impression of our hotel we are sorry for disappointing you.
Do not stay here. The motel was dirty and the service was terrible. They seem to have a large clientele that are just avoiding being arrested

My wash clothes were dirty. My bed sheets were stained. My key cards kept not working . My reservation was wrong. My room was still under construction.

I stood in line for an hour to get checked in. When I finally did get checked in, they couldn't make me a room key. So I had to use a managers key to get into my room. The room had not been cleaned. The hotel is across from Kansas City stadiums so I told the front desk clerk and asked to have it cleaned by the time I got back from the evening game, around 3:00 pm. We didn’t have any bath towels whatsoever and the only thing we had to wash our hands with a small bottle of shampoo this just appears to be a poorly ran Motel.

They gave my room away. I had it booked for more than a week. I was stuck in Kansas City. I had to drive home at 3 a.m.
