I'd ask for my money back if that was possible. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. My room hasn't been properly cleaned in what looked like over a month. Pretty sure there was dirt or mold on the towels. And to top it off the place has a roach infestation. I think i killed over a dozen just in one night. Thought about just sleeping in my car, but it would've been too cold. Time of year and weather play a big role in controlling pests, just like in homes, so sometimes it takes longer than any of us want to see results. We are distressed that you got such a bad impression of our hotel we are sorry for disappointing you.
Do not stay here. The motel was dirty and the service was terrible. They seem to have a large clientele that are just avoiding being arrested

I stood in line for an hour to get checked in. When I finally did get checked in, they couldn't make me a room key. So I had to use a managers key to get into my room. The room had not been cleaned. The hotel is across from Kansas City stadiums so I told the front desk clerk and asked to have it cleaned by the time I got back from the evening game, around 3:00 pm. We didn’t have any bath towels whatsoever and the only thing we had to wash our hands with a small bottle of shampoo this just appears to be a poorly ran Motel.

They gave my room away. I had it booked for more than a week. I was stuck in Kansas City. I had to drive home at 3 a.m.
