NEVER AGAIN Would not stay here ever again . Paid over $80 for one night . Room was dirty , key card didn’t work after hours once front desk people were gone . Used the phone in lobby and called the number posted for emergencies and after hour problems . Waited on hold for over 30 mins and ended up hanging up. Had to wait for someone else to leave to be able to get in . Hallways smelled horrible . People were noisy the whole time , but it got worse when the front desk people left . The bed was too small. There was no housekeeping service. There were people in and out of the building all hours of the night.

The 1st room they gave me was already taken, as in someone was in it. The second & third the key wouldn't even open the door. The halls stank & there were people laying all over what would be the lobby floor. I asked for a refund & am still waiting on that. While I never seen the inside of a room the rest of what I saw was disgusting.

No person working to check in ...Robbery...Stink I arrived to check in at 11:00pm. No person was there. They had a phone to pick up to ring simeone to come check me in. It rang forever. Nobody ever came. Meanwhile, three guys got off the elevator wearing hoods and went out the back door. Then another guy came off the elevator and ran up to me franticly telling me he just got robbed by the ither three. The front desk area smelled like smoke and marijuana. I left .

The girl at front desk was rude and very unfriendly. She seemed very bothered she had to get off her cell phone e to help me. Another employee walked up and did not say hi or even smile. The room, well, I might as well rented an ashtray. It clearly was NOT cleaned because there was dirt on the floor and on the tables. I didn’t want to touch anything. I turned on tv with a washcloth.
