Didn't abide by our reservation, which really caused huge problems for my family. This is the second time they've done this to us. Worst customer service in the WORLD!!!

Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. We showed up after traveling all day. First, they don't have someone managing check in. Felt like I was checking in to jail as the counter is in this small room and you need to use a phone to call and have someone come down to check you in. After about 10 minutes of this guy fumbling with the system I finally get my room key and head up to my room. It took an hour to get Internet service, and the TV on we had only received two stations.

Overbooked We arrived after the front desk closed for the night. The normal procedure is to call corporate, using the phone in the lobby. There was a line of people waiting for corporate to answer. A half hour after waiting, a nice woman that “lives” there knew the front desk attendant, whom also lives there. The guy came down to help everyone. Once it was my turn, he said “we’re overbooked and there aren’t any rooms left.” I was turned away late at night after driving all day, and had to find a different hotel.

READ BEFORE BOOKING! Showed up at 8:00, like I said I would that afternoon when I called. Said I needed a non smoking/non pet room for our child’s allergies, no problem they say. Show up, they gave our room away! Then a man comes down and says there are roaches in his room!! GLAD THEY GAVE MY ROOM AWAY!!

The hotel service was awful, the rooms were a disgusting mess, and people were being sent away because of overbooking. Worst experience I've ever had.

When we arrived, we were informed that they had over booked by 12 rooms & even though we had a confirmation & had called that day to double check, we did not have a room available for us.
