This property is full of drug activity. I phoned ahead for late check in and was told to use the phone and dial 500 when I arrived. Ok?? So I did just that. As I sat on the phone for 15 minutes waiting for someone to help me at least 10 different peolple high on Meth came past me, a very intoxicated older gentelman and one that reeked of weed. Fraud My husband and I had reserved a suite equipped with fridge, stove and microwave many weeks in advance. What I had to settle with was two rooms, single beds without the use of kitchen since they don't supply cookware or dinnerware....not even a coffee pot! Who knew? Fradulent advertising at its FINEST! And they call their rooms suites! What a joke...disappointing! NEVER again!

DO NOT STAY HERE! I have never before rated a hotel, but this one I feel I have to. This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at! I thought this would be a nice place to stay since it is across the highway from Kauffman Stadium and actually has a nice view of the Royals' and Chief's stadiums.I booked a non-smoking room for my family which included small children. COCKROACHES!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING!!!! My wife and I booked this on Hotels.com to stay 5/24-5/26. Being we arrived at 12:30AM 5/25 I had to call an extension to have someone call the person on staff to come to the front waiting area. Another girl waiting in the room told me to inform the person on the phone that she was waiting. She told me her name as if they would know her. Awful experience I arrived at the hotel a little early, and was told no early check in, so I went to the ball game as planned. After the game the lobby, which is maybe 6ft by 12 ft was full, only one person at the desk. After 25 minutes I was told even though hotels.com did send the a reservation for 2 rooms they had only reserved 1 room for me, 6 adults.
