Hated everything employee ran to gas station during work hours had to wait over 45 minutes to be told a room we reserved was not an actual available room. Security person with bullet proof vest standing in parking lot talking with losers drinking and shady people going in and out constantly . Very scummy hotel and maid looked high .

We were moved to 3 rooms before they put us in one that was fairly clean with towels & sheets on the bed. Halls look like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. Staff tried to be helpful with what they had to deal with. Dog barked in room next to us all night. Place smelled like smoke. Tiny double beds....felt like staying in a dorm room. Booked because it was close to Kauffman Stadium but still ended up driving to the game because the area isn’t the nicest. Would not recommend for anyone....will NEVER stay there again!!!!😡

The smoke smell in the hallway and inside the room was overwhelming. Ours was supposed to be a non smoking room but the whole place just reeks of smoke. Definitely not clean. The gentleman working the front desk was very nice and helpful. I give him 5 stars but the hotel needs help.

This place is a boarding house. Full of addicts and disabled. Roaches ran ramped while people blasted music and smoked cigarettes throughout the building. Had to change rooms 3 times bc they all smelled like senior citizen reading of fecal matter and urine.

This was the worst experience I have ever personally had at a hotel. Somehow it took hotel staff an hour to get us checked in. There was no entry room or chairs whatsoever to rest in while we waited either. It was literally just a hallway with one check in counter. After being on our feet for hours we were greeted at the hotel by a line out the door. I'm so sorry to hear that you were not aware of our limited amenities. This would be a bit surprising and I'm sorry you were disappointed because of this.
No more of my money Long check in time. And after us was a line going out the door. Either washing machine or dryer was out so a minimum of towels. Shower valve incorrectly installed. Got fairly warm water at night, even worse the next morning. Elevator floor with trash. And I saw hotel workers use so I know they knew the condition. Better hotel in Cleveland OH a few weeks ago. Bigger bed, better amenities and cheaper by $20. Location great, but not again.

We booked the property to attend the Royals ballpark. However, it was not accessible via walking even though the property markets itself and jacks the price up for the ball game. Checkin was atrocious. Two couples left because their room smelled like smoke ... as for amenities, for 120 a night ...sheets were itchy, room smelled mouldy, no ice machine, no hair dryer, one plastic cup, terrible towels, ... we were very unhappy with our entire experience. Would not stay here again.
