Disgusting, dirty, dishonest and disorganised. Disgusting place, felt like a homeless person's hostel and smelled disgusting. We booked two rooms with two beds each but when we arrived we were told we had one room with one bed. The unhelpful receptionist reluctantly offered to 'upgrade' us to one room with two beds and sensing we had no other option we reluctantly agreed. Fire alarm equals no sleep The person above us was up all night making noise. The smoke alarm in the hall went off at 2am for about 15 minutes. I called front desk twice and no one answered. Then Firemen came and knocked on all the doors but no evacuate. Myself and son didn't sleep all night.

No hot water and absolutely no amenities. Seemed way to expensive for no extras

Over priced Floors were very sticky. Room had a very musty smell to it. Did not have iron or hair dryer in the room. Never found an ice machine. Very over priced for nothing included

Bugs and lies It was not as described. I called before booking to see if it was safe to walk to stadium. Was told yes. No way at all was it safe. No shampoo or soap in bathroom. No hair dryer. Bed super uncomfortable. And there were roaches. Not a great place to stay. Wont be booking again.
