Worts ever
Not a family hotel There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and lots of interesting people hanging around the parking lot. Questionable area and clientele. I think there was one person working the entire hotel. I had to call her to get her to check us in. There is no lobby at all. When she arrived and opened the roll-up "window," she asked for ID and gave me the room keys and said, "Here's your room number. If there's an emergency, call 911 and here's our address." Don't do it -- you'll be sorry Unit has kitchen but no pots, pans, dishes, etc. provided by Hotel - -what a Joke. Staff was awful, they could careless about the guest. Don't waste your time nor your money - stay somewhere else. Definitely not to confused with an Extended Stay -- not they are much better.
Find Alternative Choice Started after check-in with Police activity making arrest, then by 10:00pm fire alarm was going off and guests were screaming only to have repeated knocking on door at 3:00am by someone saying "Hey it's Tony, open up I have your stuff"....Please check Lake Worth Police Reports and Lake Worth Fire Department to confirm my statement. Somethings you can't make up.
None The hotel was nice and clean. But drug dealers prostitutes everywhere. People overdosing. Horrible place
The room was disgusting there were so many fly’s in my room I was non stop swatting them no cups
Worst Experience Ever It was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES , the room was Disgusting full of cockroaches we called the front desk and they didn’t have any room available to switch we had to leave they were all over the bed and even outside in the elevators.
Do not stay here!!! Felt unsafe the whole night, the whole place smelled disgusting, literally the only reason we stayed is because they accept dogs.
