The Hotel itself is very neglected..needs update, paint and repairs.. the reception area very poor..as a single women traveling I felt a bit unsafe..the actual check in Area has was very small with a pull down garage door type security syt to close off desk.. which makes you feel there are security issues. I’ve stayed at extended stay suites before in other locations and this did not meet standards at all set by others that I’ve stayed at .. the are absolutely No supplies in room.. coffee maker, any cups silverware.. Piece of $h1t hotel and staff What stay, I booked the room at 930, when I got there at 1230 they had given my rooms away and stole my money.

Stay away So many negative things. I stayed 1 night and checked out early and went to a different hotel. Tv didn’t work. Toilet didn’t work. Electronic door locks didn’t work. Wont every go back.

My flight was delayed and due to not being on time I wasn’t able to check in after midnight and they said it was impossible to check in at that time. They didn’t compensate me or even called me back. Customer service wasnt the best either. They just didn’t care about me not having a place to sleep that night even after I explained my flight was delayed. Something I couldn’t control

Hicimos la reservación unos días antes y cuando íbamos en camino para el hotel nos llamaron del hotel para decirnos que cancelaron nuestra reservación porque no tenían cuartos, nosotros no teníamos para donde ir, pero eso si al siguiente día nos habían cobrado en la tarjeta de crédito la cantidad de 3 noches. Ahora estamos tratando de comunicarnos con el manager para ver si nos devuelven el dinero que nos sacaron de la cuenta.
