Never again When we arrived our room was not available. Then the room they tried to give us was not cleaned prior and looked as if someone had just left.

Worst Place to Stay in all of Las Cruces! No Hot Water! Manager didn’t care! When I called or press zero for the front desk I got a call center in TN! Run Away from this place!

Very dirty and very very loud. It sounded like contrition was going on everywhere I went and I did not feel safe with people fighting in the halls. When I went to go check out there was no body at the front seat to check me out I wait there for 30 minutes and no one was in sight. Over all bad hotel. I ended up going to a different hotel because of everything I listed above. If you know what the Cecil hotel is that’s a perfect decision I can give for this hotel.

Never again!! Front office has hours, so you have to call for someone during check in. We had four guest and we were only given 2 towels. They wouldn’t give us more. The room was like a dirty, run down dorm room.

We didn’t have enough towels, tv didn’t work, bed were hard, it smelled like smoke throughout the building

Needs an upgrade The weather was ok. Def the hotel needs renovation. The sheets were old with cigarette stains and burns. No coffeemaker or plastic cups for being a suite.

Property is close to the college. Facilities are in disrepair. Room wasn't cleaned upon arrival. Office hours were lacking.
