There was dogs all over the place staff was not nice they didn’t assign the room where we stayed in. Staff tried to open the door of our room and we did not feel safe there.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVERY Worst hotel ever, I understand it’s an extended stay but everything was falling apart, it was so dirty We ended up leaving and sleeping in the car because a Rest stop is better than this place. There was so much noise coming in through the rooms, bathroom was disgusting the bed was gross absolutely worst places I’ve ever stayed in
Oh my! This is a place for poor, down trodden families. They only good thing is they take dogs. But this is an apartment building for anyone who has a credit score below 500. However, the front desk guy was a great help.
Not clean and no television Not as advertised
Never again When we arrived our room was not available. Then the room they tried to give us was not cleaned prior and looked as if someone had just left.
Worst Place to Stay in all of Las Cruces! No Hot Water! Manager didn’t care! When I called or press zero for the front desk I got a call center in TN! Run Away from this place!
Very dirty and very very loud. It sounded like contrition was going on everywhere I went and I did not feel safe with people fighting in the halls. When I went to go check out there was no body at the front seat to check me out I wait there for 30 minutes and no one was in sight. Over all bad hotel. I ended up going to a different hotel because of everything I listed above. If you know what the Cecil hotel is that’s a perfect decision I can give for this hotel.
