Not A Relaxing Stay No one was at the front desk when we arrived & we had to call for assistance. The check in took an extremely long time (15-20 mins.) because the computer was slow we were told. Staff had left clean linens in the room that they were folding ( that’s what we were told) and trash was left in cabinet drawer & pot of food was left in the refrigerator. Very Unhappy. The pictures were very misleading... the hotel was disgusting... it didn’t look like anyone had cleaned in months... there were literally someone else’s clothes hanging on the bathroom door.. overall we would never recommend this hotel.

The room was dirty and filled with stains. Cigarette butts in the hallway along with a very strange smell. I would not recommend.

Roaches the small and medium ones It was night time , I had my food on the counter sitting when I went back for it "roaches" had covered the inside of my food box. They were running all against the faucet and the walls.. I called the frint desk but they wasn't available , I my call was transfered to a call center , the after hour agant Steve was made of the issue by me he told me he would inform the manager Mr. Roger, Mr. Roger showed to be a concerned individual but turned out to be a devil's advocate. What? Extended Stay? This is an extended stay hotel. Lots of noise, dogs and the smell of smoke.

Warning !!!! Great location, but the hotel itself was horrible, I was very disappointed, will never stay here again, nor recommend anyone. Broken down cars in the back of the hotel like a salvage yard..

Do not stay at this location, site is decent on outside appearance. However, the rooms are terrible.

The service end was great...my complaints are of the actual room. First the furniture was very hodge podge. The television was at one time glued to the chest of drawers, not to nention the tv was not working for the first 6 hours i was there....i had to keep playing with it and change settings to finally get the cable channels. There were not any hand towels only wash cloths and bath towels.
