This was a terrible place. Due to the stains, broken a/c, and roaches. I had to leave. The only good thing i can say is my funds were refunded within 3 days.

Nothing special about this one. Feel is like a college dorm with the worst plastic hardwood panels I’ve seen in a while. The floor felt like there was film on the floor from a dirty mop. Our room wasn’t fully stocked with the hotel amenities thAt draw you in to a listing. And we did not feel comfortable or secure here. I’m highly disappointed with my recent stay and don’t think I’ll have plans to come back. Thank you so much!

Couple of bugs in the tub, and the front desk closes at inconvenient times. We were traveling a long distance, and we got there after the front desk closed, and then it took nearly an hour to just get a room card. Then the room was not very clean and the beds were hard as a rock.. I will not be staying at a woodspring suites ever again.

Horrible experience. Fire alarms went off at 2 am. Guest next door banging on everything for hours end. No shampoo, conditioner, lotion. Room was dirty. Dirty sheets, horrible smell. Overall horrible and disturbing experience

I hate to express this on a review but the truth is the truth. Roaches were all over counter, when I picked up my purse...they were crawling on my purse... and in bathroom on the walls..baby roaches crawling...I tried to kill them but too many. I didn't see them until after we turned the lights out. It was awful. Then kept being awakened by what sounded as if a family of 5 was moving furniture in upstairs above us at 2:30 am. I liked self parking. I did not like how staff greeted me. I did not like the uncleared room. I did not like the dirty face towels. I did not like that the room A/C was broke. I did not like that the sheets was dirty.

The Worst Hotel Experience........EVER The first Woodsprings suites that I stayed in was in Houston Texas. It was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. When we made a trip to Little Rock Arkansas last Friday and found out at the last minute that we had to stay the night, I went to Hotels.com and specifically looked for Woodspring Suites thinking it was going to be just as great as the one in Houston,Tx.
