Dump Hotel Horrible experience with checking in. It took an hour! My key didnt work for the room , I had to call hotels.com to call the front desk to come let me in after i had been to front desk and after I had called the front desk , he acted and treated me like I was stupid and couldn't unlock the door . There was no coffee pot in room and there were bugs, bed was very uncomfortable . I was glad I only booked 1 night .

I booked my room and was charged for it and when I went to check in and was informed that they had no rooms so I am highly agitated that I paid for it and was unable to stay there

Stinks The smell in the hotel was horrible & the smell in the room was horrible. Would not stay again or recommend anyone to stay there.

Worst Experience! Dont Book this Hotel I called the hotel 6 hours before checking in and they confirmed me that I am good to check in late as long as I arrive on the day. I arrived at hotel around 3 in the morning after a long trip, and I found no one in the premise. After calling around and waiting for 30 minutes, I found someone to talk and found out that my booking was canceled. They could not answer who canceled my bookings. Bruh?! There were bugs. They looked like roaches. There were crumbs in the room clearly left from previous tenants. There were also a lot of strange smells in the hallways.
