Crap hole Service was terrible, rude, unprofessional. Place smelled like smoke. Our non smoking room had the screen tore and you can see where people have been putting they’re cigarettes out in the trac of the window. Sheets were stained.

I could smell weed and Mariana in the lobby. I would not recommend this hotel and I paid premium price.

Staff was not friendly. One night a staff member banged on the door telling us to not leave our trash outside the door. Husband had sat it out so he could take it down when he went to smoke. My husband would not open the door because he did not have on a uniform or a badge. He was screaming it was 200 dollar fine for the trash. We tried to call tue front desk but no answer. Dump Hotel Horrible experience with checking in. It took an hour! My key didnt work for the room , I had to call hotels.com to call the front desk to come let me in after i had been to front desk and after I had called the front desk , he acted and treated me like I was stupid and couldn't unlock the door . There was no coffee pot in room and there were bugs, bed was very uncomfortable . I was glad I only booked 1 night .

I booked my room and was charged for it and when I went to check in and was informed that they had no rooms so I am highly agitated that I paid for it and was unable to stay there
