Dirty and no amenities. Said they were out of soap And no clean towels. Staff not accommodating at all. Refused refund for the second night that we didnt even stay because of the terrible services not provided to us.

There are bedbugs. People smoking all through the building when there are many signs saying no smoking through the building. There is supposed to be complimentary soap and toilet paper yet there was none and when we called the front office asking for some they continued on with “not having any”. We purchased two rooms and both are in terrible condition. The bed sheets are dirty and reek of urine. I also have many pictures to support my complaints.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. My first room hadn’t been cleaned yet. The bed was slept in and the persons marijuana “fixings” were still in the garbage can and in the table. Every room in the hotel had its own individual, unique horrible smell!

Filth! Every time you walk thru a door you are greeted with a different stench. Dust bunnies in the hall way along with other debris. The room had more dust bunnies etc on the floor. There was garbage in the night stand. Things left in the fridge and something sticky on the desk. I had to wipe the whole room down myself. When i reported it to the front desk they said they would let the cleaning crew know but nothing was done about it. Worst hotel ever!!!

I like the rooms however staff didn't clean or want to give towels. They seem lazy.

This property needs weekly pest control and a fumigation. I've also never heard if a hotel closing at 8. My family of 4 was told that we can only get 2 sets of towels, I guess they expected us to share. Check in area was trashy. We ended up leaving due to the infestation of roaches in the room. Was advises to call expedia for a refund. Management is cannot be doing its job, since the conditions are the way they are.

You get what you pay for.. Checkout was at 11:00 am they came banging on our door at 10:45 am and the shower just trickles and the room smelled so heavily of disinfectant that it made our heads hurt and nose burn. Their were people upstairs banging all night and the walls are paper thin.

Charged extra 50 bucks for checking in "early". Felt itchy the whole time only to discover we had bedbugs. Never again.
