Very dirty and stunk

Clean room, short staffed and no breakfast. No coffee in the room. Check in was slow and staff seemed to ask for extra info that I've never been required to give before. Very slow and the front desk closed early

Hated it they wouldnt ket ne check im Till 3. But my plane was early at 11 so i cancelles my reservation

Stingy The front desk is there but they have the front desk covered up so you have to dial 500 from a phone on the wall to check in after hours which is inconvenient and the lady is right behind the counter and opens up the window, it seems unwelcoming. Also they did not provide enough towels and wash cloths. When I asked for extras I was told they do not provide extras due to COVID and there is no housekeeping and no tolitries in the room, no coffee maker or iron. Since we are more a value focused hotel, we allow our guests to only pay for the items of their choosing instead of incorporating into the rate. This allows us to offer super low and competitive rates for all our guests to enjoy. Well when I got into my room I checked everything my sheets were nasty had make up stains all over the blanket wasn’t even on the bed the GM changed my room but the next room had bugs a crazy lady woke me up banging on my door and just about everyone else’s door how that lady got into the building at 4am and stayed inside until 8am beats me.
