Ok place but not up to 2020 health standards If you are concerned about COVID related guidelines and cleanliness this is not the place for you. Disregarding the sign asking for social distance and masks neither staff nor 90% of guests follow any of them. I can only imagine that the cleaning crew is cleaning to the same standards as before and nothing more.

The housekeeping didn’t show up so the front desk had to clean rooms. Check in was 3, we showed up at 8, and gave up and found a different hotel at 10.

Terrible problem with pot smokers and out of control kids in the hotel. Use covid as an excuse not to clean rooms. Spotty wifi.

PSA: Spend the money and stay somewhere else Although this hotel advertised late check-in, I wasn't shown to my room until almost two hours after I arrived. We got to the hotel at 10:30 PM and I was told by a very unenthused front desk that my room wasn't ready yet and that it needed to be cleaned. Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights due to my nephew’s funeral. The staff was nice, except for the maintenance guy!! He refused to fix our air conditioner! We stayed in a hot room for 2 days and his response was unless the building was on fire, he was not setting foot back in the place. He should have fixed it before he left! Very Unprofessional!!!! Other residents told me that they complain all of the time and nothing is done!!!😡 I kept working on the ac myself and could get it to run for Very short bursts!

room was full of cigerette smoke. BAD I signed the contract to not smoke in the room. When we went inside, the room was over whelming with smoke. I went down to the front desk to complain. She said she was sorry and gave me a can of spray to cover up the smell. We had room 314 on 24 July.
