Terrible, terrible experience Booked a double room. Was put in a single. Which meant one double bed for 2 adults. Bed was lumpy and squeaked. Unable to sleep.

I like that the rooms are laminate or hard wood floors. I like it’s centrally located to shopping. What is very upsetting is, my daughter arrived before me and when she got checked in they gave her a room on the fourth floor when I specifically asked she be given a 1st floor room. She had a small dog and she has health problems. When I arrived later that night, we entered the building and the smell of marijuana was so strong in the entryway and the elevator. Pictures make it seem wayyy nicer than it actually was. Probably one of the yuckiest hotels I’ve ever slept in.

When we checked into our room the bathroom had not been cleaned and old towels and rags were left in the rrom

We are known for being super clean as we follow a rigorous cleaning procedure after every check-out including sanitizing the bedspreads and shower curtains so guests can rest assured that we maintain a super clean environment. This property was digusting. Beds were very small and uncomfortable. Smelled of animal urine.
