Time of year and weather play a big role in controlling pests, just like in homes, so sometimes it takes longer than any of us want to see results. We are distressed that you got such a bad impression of our hotel we are sorry for disappointing you.
Would not stay again The best have plastic on them so all u hear is plastic when you move and the bed is on a big metal frame that also makes so much noise. I don’t not recommend staying anywhere near office way to much traffic at all hours. We had the worst sleep. Will not stay again

Gross, out dated, over priced, low-grade bed and appliances. Old and overused bed and appliances. We traveled all week and that was the worst place for the price.

will not book again Television did not work. Staff is only there during certain times. Hard to get fresh towels.

Check in to find a horribly dirty room. Hair in bathtub and sink. Stained pillow cases. Bed broken. Turned on a/c and went to dinner came back to find the a/c was broken and could not be fixed and there was no other rooms. Checked out and ask for refund. Hotel said sorry you will have to call Expedia. Called Expedia and was assured I would get a call back from them within 3 days. It’s been 6 days and nothing. Horrible horrible experience.

Definitely wouldn’t stay there again. The hallway smelt bad, the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Not clean, room smelled really bad. I do not recommend and will not chose this property again

I liked the location, other than that nothing else the floors were sticky, the tv never worked, no hair dryer in the bathroom, no coffee pot the front desk personal was not on service when I called downstairs and was not told who to call if anything was wrong with the room, was not able to talk to anyone once we got our key , the room had a distinct odor couldn’t wait to leave in the morning
