I like that the rooms are laminate or hard wood floors. I like it’s centrally located to shopping. What is very upsetting is, my daughter arrived before me and when she got checked in they gave her a room on the fourth floor when I specifically asked she be given a 1st floor room. She had a small dog and she has health problems. When I arrived later that night, we entered the building and the smell of marijuana was so strong in the entryway and the elevator. Pictures make it seem wayyy nicer than it actually was. Probably one of the yuckiest hotels I’ve ever slept in.

When we checked into our room the bathroom had not been cleaned and old towels and rags were left in the rrom

This property was digusting. Beds were very small and uncomfortable. Smelled of animal urine.

Disaster Drawer front fell off and cut/bruised toe. Lots of roaches. Left immediately.

Arrived at hotel and did not have a room ready. Waited in my vehicle four hours, still no rooms ready. The whole property needs a good cleaning.

Not once did anyone come in to clean the room after we asked several times. We were locked out of our room for over an hour and my kids fell asleep on the floor in the hallway. There was no access to the elevator. There was trash overflowing outside the hotel everywhere. They yelled at my children telling them they were going to call the police on them. Elevator was out for 4 days my husband and I had to go up and down four flights to stairs they finally fixed it on Friday we left a day early because of it being dirty and unkept. Terrible experience!!!
