We were told check in was 3pm at 9pm our room was Stil not ready. There was mold in the shower. The hotel was understaffed apparently could not get replacement towels. All in all a horrible experience

Didn’t like the fact that when I booked the month before and asked for a nonsmoking room, drove for 8 hrs to location and room was still not ready nor cleaned!!! The room had a odor. No dishes ,silverware or pots in room. I’ve stayed in other properties that have these amenities and I guess I was expecting it at this property. Very disappointing.

I like the location, how they have a kitchen inside and affordable it was. I dislike the fact that reserved a nonsmoking room and was given a smokers room because they were full. I had a headache from the smell of smoke and my clothes ended smelling like smoke. I reserved the rooms for non smokers and I asked for a discount since my room was change without noticed but they don’t give any discounts. There was a lot of sketchy activities going on in and around the property. Individuals sitting outside all hours of the night... people yelling and running through the hallways in the middle of the night. Our room was disgusting. The floors were dirty and the AC didn't work. When asked to have our room cleaned we were told they don't clean because it's an extended stay. The hotel was overbooked. It was understaffed. Waited for an hour just for them to tell me that they didn't have a room for me. I ended up having to stay somewhere else.

No lobby,no wake up call,no coffee pot in room, no lamp,no maid service and roaches. Dogs barking in other room. Can not find attendance or desk clerk, they do not answer phone when 500 is dail for them. Parking was great.
