Arrived at hotel and did not have a room ready. Waited in my vehicle four hours, still no rooms ready. The whole property needs a good cleaning.

Not once did anyone come in to clean the room after we asked several times. We were locked out of our room for over an hour and my kids fell asleep on the floor in the hallway. There was no access to the elevator. There was trash overflowing outside the hotel everywhere. They yelled at my children telling them they were going to call the police on them. When I went to talk to them they said they were sorry it was another group of kids they were looking for. We paid for a full week and ended up leaving early due to police off... read more

Elevator was out for 4 days my husband and I had to go up and down four flights to stairs they finally fixed it on Friday we left a day early because of it being dirty and unkept. Terrible experience!!!

Bad experience I reserve the hotel since 1 week in advance and when i get there around 12:30 pm. The women that was in the administration told me that all the rooms service people that clean the room call sick and she doent have any body to clean the room. I come back at 9pm. in the reception was other lady and she told me that it wasn't any room available. I do not comment that place to stay.

It was a dive. Beds were terrible, no cleaning of the rooms had to borrow a broom to sweep the floor. Trash everywhere outside. Booked a non smoking room and was put in a smoking room. Smelled like illegal drugs. Sinks didn’t drain. Fire in the elevator, had to use the stairs for the 3rd floor for days. Had 4 stars when I looked at reviews. This is an extended place rental. Nothing more.

The main problem was whit expedia,when i get to the hotel the receptionists ask me for my mastercard the i have an file and I dont have a mastercard i have Visa so the only way We can have the rooms is to paid in cash so i paid i call expedia last nigth to see if i can have a refund in the person the help me was very rude,so i just want to know if I can have my money back by the way i insurance the transaction i hope it helps.

I would rate a zero if possible other than the GM Amy she was great when I spoke with her on the phone. Everything else has been complete hell. We arrived an hour early from check in & were told they do not offer early check in’s, ok that’s fine. We went to eat, came back to the hotel right at 3 for check in, waited 45 minutes in line to check in, then get told that they have no house keepers to clean the hotel so we can “check in” but can’t go to our room.
