Sink didn’t work in bathroom. Room had cat hair. Bed wasn’t very comfortable more like a cot. Convenient location but I wouldn’t stay again

We booked a nonsmoking room and was given a smoking room. The sheets were not clean.

The staff didnt hsve my room ready at 3. And i requested a non smoking room and the room i got smelled like a smoker was living there . Im still having issues with my allergies over that . The staff is rude. And no one is ever in the front office. I was very disappointed in my stay there .

Worst hotel ever! If you are thinking about renting this hotel, RUN AWAY! I would rate this hotel a ZERO if I could! The service was horrible. No cleaning, no fresh towels, no extra towels, no amenities at all. The tiny full size bed was hard & the two pillows (no extra pillows) were awful. The sheets & towels were stained. There were 2 towels, 2 wash cloths & a bath mat for the 2 of us. Extra towels were not allowed. There was carpet only under the bed. Wow! It’s the worst I’ve stayed in. The called when I was about 6 hours into an 8 hour trip to say Travelocity didn’t check with them and they didn’t have a room for me because they had two with air conditioners that went out. Manager said she would call me back as she would make it right. I never got the call so I called back and she said they had a room for me. We check in and the first thing I notice is the room number given to me was not on the directional sign at all, so it must be a “back up in case we screw up” room. ... read more

Will not stay again! Will not be staying there again! We rented two rooms. Not once did house keeping come in and bring fresh towels or anything. There are families that live at the location so there was kids running all over the place unattended with no parental supervision. Was not what I was expecting for the price I paid.
