Not what you expect. The hotel did not have any of the accommodations that was advertised on the website. They have since taken them down. The mattress was very flimsy and the temperature control on the air conditioner was not adjustable. The WI FI kept disconnecting. The staff was very rude when I complained. I was not able to speak to their corporate office as the number keeps going back to the local office. They were even arguing with me for not moving to another hotel.

Front desk closes at 7 pm, They say reopen at 7 AM , I was up and about and out the door and no one around at that time. No wake call available, I spent 2 nights and room service did not come in and clean / make the bed or nothing. AC unit would go on every 5 minutes , Had a Refrigerator, small cook top stove. However no pots, silverware, glasses etc...bed was ok, very soft pillows so I never had a good nights sleep. For the price...stay somewhere else !

On oxygen insisted we could only have smoking room and couldn't change anything because we went through Expedia. Next time always book directly with them. Had refrig, stove top and microwave but no utensils. No lamps only over head lighting. Looked clean on first glance but floor dirty dirt and one towel dirty will never stay at that chain again. Not a 3 star. Was a last min. emergency or would have checked the reviews.

0 amenities! They want $11.25 to give you clean towels. No coffee in the morning. Two weeks without a room cleaning. No pots/pans or utensils for kitchen... why have a kitchen?? Extended Stay America much better for same cost.

Horrifying I’ve never been to prison, but I imagine a week’s stay at Woodspring must be what it’s like. The front desk staff treat the guests like prisoners. It’s obvious that the staff doesn’t want to be there, and they make sure guests don’t want to be there either. Bring your own everything: silverware, comforter, coffee maker, toaster, towels, broom and dust pan (no rugs or housekeeping). Unhappy Customer Very rude staff. Air conditioner in my room does work. Had a sick son, they wouldn't give me fresh bed lining. Never came to clean the room
