The non smoking room smells of smoke and has burn marks on the bathroom counter. The a/c unit made loud rattling noise. Lots of marijuana smell.

It was supposed to be a non smoking room, but I could smell the smoke. There was used soap in the shower, food on the floor, hairs.... it was not clean.

Another Nightmare at Extended Stay Soon as I checked in the phone didn’t work. There was trash on floor. TV wasn’t hooked up. Microwave was messy. Very little towels an no trash bags in room. Second time this has happened both times have been with Extended Stay hotels. Horrible

Plastic bagged covered the smoke detector, mold in the shower, several stains found on the floor, grab and go breakfast, and extremely old kitchenette. Needs to be renovated. Also, quite noisy with being so close to the airport. However, the bed was clean and comfortable.

A male housekeeping employee tried to get in our room at 830 in the morning. He knocked lightly and barely announced himself then tried to enter the room. Me and my wife were still in bed. I went to lobby to complain and apparently this is an ongoing problem. The manager couldn't even bother to step around the corner and address me directly

Never again! I would never stay in this hotel again. It was unclean and unsafe. Upon arrival, there were several police cars present and the police continued to deal with several matters throughout the night. There was a loitering man that was scaring customers among other issues. We tried to call the office to see if it was safe to go outside of the room and the loitering man answered the phone which was bizarre. Unmaintained dirty room! The room was dirty, tub looked like it hasn't been cleaned. There was broken furniture and trash in the night stand drawer. Thankful we were only staying one night. Will not stay at an Extended Stay America again. The only thing I can say positive about our stay is that the staff was very nice.
