Cleanliness needs a major improvement. Room was adequate but parking, walks, especially stairways all need major cleaning. Stairs are gross and extremely dirty. Ive had same experience in Chantilly Va and Minneapolis extended stays. I won’t book these again . I’ll search elsewhere.

The room wasn’t swept well. Some of the lights didn’t work. The room smelled horrible which I believe was coming from the air/heat unit. We completely felt like we needed to take a shower within minutes of being there. Gross

Service wasn’t good . Also it was said breakfast included and breakfast was just tiny packets of Quaker’s :/ really?!!!!

Worst experience I've ever had with a motel. I reserved 3 rooms for 3 nights. When our party arrived we were told at the front desk that they only had one clean room and we would have to wait. This was at 6:00 pm! We had just driven 10 hours to get there. So being polite we all went up to the one room they had clean. After an hour wait I went back down to the office to see what the hold up was as was told they still had no more clean rooms. Hospedagem fora do que fiz a reserva Fiz uma reserva para um quarto com 2 camas de casal e só me foi disponível uma cama e um sofá. Minha reserva foi confirmada mas ao chegar ao local tive que me locomover para outra unidade pois não tinham disponível o tipo de quarto que reservei. O que gerou uma confusão e não consegui acesso ao Wi-Fi.
