Horrible! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The online pictures are old. It looks nothing like the pictures. Shower/phone/TV did not work. After all the yelling outside and ppl sitting in their cars with the lights coming through the window we decided to leave around midnight. Of course we couldn’t get a refund. I wouldn’t let my dog stay at this place. Spend the extra and feel safe walking to your car at night. You’ll be glad you did.

They got our reservation all goofed up. We had originally booked a two queen size bed room. So my husband had to sleep on a rollaway bed . The room smelled. Overall it just wasn’t a pleasant experience. I will never ever visit extended stay hotel again.

I never checked in. There was no one there. I spoke with Expedia and I was suppose to get a room credit and a call back....as of today no call back. My card was charged.

They sold my double room. They said they had a twin bed room and a queen.

Disappointed in Nashville. Very sad to write this. If you are a couple or family, do not stay here. If you're a contractor or construction worker on a overnight stay, then it is barely bearable. Kitchen is a total joke, and toilets and shower barely work. Stairwells and elevator are filthy. Comparable to Knights Inn with a microwave.

Dislike: lamp over table was broken and have bare cables exposed, chest drawer was broken and hanging out, no ironing board, kitchen Furniture in very bad shape.
