Never again! I would never stay in this hotel again. It was unclean and unsafe. Upon arrival, there were several police cars present and the police continued to deal with several matters throughout the night. There was a loitering man that was scaring customers among other issues. We tried to call the office to see if it was safe to go outside of the room and the loitering man answered the phone which was bizarre. Unmaintained dirty room! The room was dirty, tub looked like it hasn't been cleaned. There was broken furniture and trash in the night stand drawer. Thankful we were only staying one night. Will not stay at an Extended Stay America again. The only thing I can say positive about our stay is that the staff was very nice.

DO NOT STAY HERE My husband and I have stayed at many hotels, and all that matters generally to us is cleanliness - not over the top, just comfortable to sleep in for the night. I would never recommend this hotel to another person. Between several families, we booked six rooms. Every single room was disgusting with broken furniture. Had to go through 3 room , first room no shower head, second room. Draws hanggin out and 1 front broken off and ligh hanging off the wall.. 3 room has a bad smell only one bed with a blanket, the pillows were awlful. . But at that point we kept that room for $173.00 the room was not worth it.. Tryed to leave and book another room close by but all booked up or we would have left... Will be,looking into findimg out how to get a refund

Only got 1 wash cloth asked for more only 1 towel was told to come get it ..doors kept locking key card wouldnt take ..beds were smaller than twin beds ..

Abhorrent! We waited and got to our room - there was hair in our sheets and even on our stove! We decided it was just for five hrs or so and decided to take the risk because there were no other rooms available in town, unless you wanted to pay $400 for one night :( We almost slept in our car but decided it wasn’t safe. Do not stay here!!

Disgusting! The room and facility were disgusting. I didn’t even want to lay my son on the bed to change his poop diaper!

Our room was very dirty. The bathroom sink was covered in hair and there was hair all over the floor. One of the beds looked like it had been slept in and remade. It was very uncomfortable to be a room that had clearly not been thoroughly cleaned since the last guest.
