Confused I believe this place had a really off weekend. When I arrived a gentleman was complaining about a lot of bugs being in the room and bed. He was nice to let me go ahead to check in. However When I walked to look at room to see if there was any bugs in the bed I could not get into the room because someone was already check in the room. I went back and told the person and she seemed confused because of the new system the started. I dont think I will book this one anymore since a better extended stay is 2 buildings down... read more

以下の理由で、最低評価でした。 •飛行機の遅延で深夜にチェックインすることになり、ロビーに行ったところ、ドアに電話番号が記載された貼紙があり。電話すると、ホテルに直接繋がるわけではなく、ホテル名や住所などを説明する必要があった。 •ダブルベット2つの部屋を予約したのに、受付ではクイーンベッド1つの部屋を案内された。予約明細書を見せても、迷っている様子で、結局案内された部屋に宿泊した。 •先に案内されていた団体は、すでに別の団体が入室している部屋に案内されていた。(その部屋のカードキーをスタッフが渡していた) •入室した部屋はマリファナのようなニオイがした。 薄暗い部屋で、清潔感はなく、心配になった。

I was honestly a little bit scared to stay there with my daughter, and it was not very clean.

No amenities at all. Walls are paper thin and can hear everything in the next room. Carpet was stained.

Very dirty and we had a non- smoking room that smelled like someone just lit a cigarette.

Was not at all what I expected.1st floor was dirty, carpet real dirty. Noise level bad, doors slamming,water running, no coffee in room, or in lobby, just all around one of the poorest motels I have ever stayed.
