Never again Holes in the sheets, no amenities, refused to let me have any extra towels, dirty bathroom, inside the drawers was dirty and sticky

Dirty and run down and beds were so uncomfortable. Spend the extra money for a nice hotel!

Room door locked us inside the room the whole week we was there door was messed up maint was no help didnt know how to fix the lock. Toliet was stoped up asked for a plunger was told didnt have one went and bougjt one A/C stopped cooling filter never been cleaned. Worse place ive ever stayed

Empty cans of beer lying around, lobby and elevator are very dirty.

Hotel room smelled, none of the lamps worked in the room and the light flickered every time I turned it on

Needs new Housekeepers!! Cigarette butts were everywhere, including in the elevator. Asked for new towels as the ones in my room didn't appear to have been changed. Rooms are NOT updated as the pictures show but outside is freshly painted so appears decent when checking in. Others in lobby with pictures of lipstick on their pillow cases & hair in their shower upon check-out & the only thing management would say was "it must be housekeeping". Isn't it management's job to check up on their employees?!?!

Expectations not met!!! The room wasn’t cleaned bc we found a half bottle of soda & half eaten breakfast bar on the floor. We requested the room be cleaned thoroughly 2 days before we arrived. I did let the front desk know & was told that if your staying more than 7 days housekeeping will come by. In other words the rooms really don’t get cleaned I guess until the next guest stays passed 7 days( Gross)!! Quite possibly the nastiest place I have ever stayed...I am not a snobby person at all, but when there is a toenail on the floor of our room, and a cheeto that has dust on it,WHEN WE JUST CHECKED IN, that is a problem. That is just the beginning, the dresser was so beat up, no one would buy it at a garage sale for a nickel. We wouldn't walk around without wearing shoes in the room. Groups of people hanging around outside, I have my conceal/carry permit and I made it well know I had my gun when we left the room.
