Decent, moderately priced hotel close to opryland Was a nice hotel, close to downtown and opryland! But, the continental breakfast was horrid, basically there was no breakfast and old coffee. The rooms were somewhat clean and comfortable but not enough pillows and amenities were scarce, we had to call and ask for cups and other small things.

Bugs in room There were bugs in my room. Some dead n some alive. In the country I think they call them Rollie Pollies not sure of the name of the bug. Harmless but still don’t want them in my bags n stuff. One staff member he was very apologetic and offered to switch me to another room, while this one girl that worked there apologized but actually stated that those type bugs were in a few rooms and that there was nothing they could do about it.

Full sense experience Well the fire alarm went off and we had a obwait for the fire department to come turn it off. This took over 20 min and when the arrived the lights wee not on ... perhaps the knew someone pulled the alarm as a prank in the middle of the night and scared one of my 8 lives left! Toilet is leaking water at base ... which wakes you up when visiting to bathroom in the middle of the night. And there was la full trash bag underneath the sink.

Last resort...literally. Staff interaction was decent, not bad. The room wasn’t very clean, the sheets and covers had dirt stains, crumbs and hair from previous guests, shower wasn’t clean, toilet paper was almost gone, door seal 40% in tact allowing sound and ants inside not to mention causing the AC to overwork to maintain temperature which isn’t good if you’re a light sleeper. Hotel it’s dirty no sheets on one bed no pillow on one bed just very ugly! Customer service not good either. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING THERE!

Will never stay again The room was dirty. The floor didn't look vacuumed, the tub looked filthy, the room smelled, the lamp fixtures looked as if they had never been wiped down. Check out is at 11 but staff tried coming in our room around 9. Good thing the internal lock was set. Location was fine as it was around reputable hotels. Too bad the online pictured fooled me on this one. I have paid much less for much better places to stay.
