I am very disappointed, frustrated and upset. After a long day, we were tired, ready to rest only to find out that there is nobody in the front desk to check us in and the door was locked, this was 1015pm. We tried to call the emergency number posted if help is needed, no answer.30 mins passed still no one came with plenty of people with us waiting, I called customer service,it’s unfortunate that they can’t do anything but to call FD but no answer. Not happy The room had a bad smell. The cabinets and small dresser was very old and falling apart. The pictures on the website were not what the hotel actually was.

Overpriced, lousy stay. The front desk person couldnt log in to check me in so it took over 20 mins of waiting after working 13 hrs at the hospital. Then when i got to my room, all the windows were open as if there had been some odor or fumigation or something. I didnt notice any odor so i closed the windows. For the second time ive stayed there people were fighting outside my room disturbing my sleep. someone played loud rap music late into the night when i have to be at work at the hospital at 6:30 am. Price was ok. But this property had cockroach. Not very clean. Front desk staff made me wait for 1 and 1/2 hour for check-in because they are unable to find my reservation in their system. I asked for toaster multiple times, but it was not available.

Save time and go somewhere else Out all of the traveling I’ve done and hotels I’ve stayed this is the worst trust me do not do not reserve here. You’ll be in the office room resolving problems then in your room. Smelly rooms, bad costumer service. They don’t give you room you reserved

Roach infested

Skip by this property if you can. The desk attendant had to go make sure the room was clean. She failed to tell us the nonsmoking room was actually smoked in upon returning from the room. Carpets were stained and was definitely not vacuumed in a long time. No cabinet doors in the kitchen. Toilet seat broken. Surfaces were not cleaned as well. Tough stay here.

The Heat unit did not cut on. No one was available at 2am when I got back to the room. The room ph didn’t work. They said maintenance didn’t come in until 9. I just left and headed back to home.
