Roach Motel There were roaches in both rooms the one I checked in and the one they moved ne to. The rooms were not properly cleaned. The night staff was great.

In short, my room was not clean. It had not been swept or vacuumed, there was a roach leg on the wall, there was a roach and a spider, there was food residue in the sink and the stove, a used water bottle behind the chair, used soap in the bathroom, and the outside of the tub had not been cleaned. Also the bathroom door would not close/lock.

Upon arrival they gave us a key to someone else’s room. Once we actually were put into a vacant room the towels were dirty, floor was completely stained & sticky. Stains on walls. Cockroach legs on walls. “Kitchen” area looked filthy and falling apart. Our first night there was a fight that broke out in front of our door, we were unable to go up until the police arrived to diffuse the situation. I am very disappointed, frustrated and upset. After a long day, we were tired, ready to rest only to find out that there is nobody in the front desk to check us in and the door was locked, this was 1015pm. We tried to call the emergency number posted if help is needed, no answer.30 mins passed still no one came with plenty of people with us waiting, I called customer service,it’s unfortunate that they can’t do anything but to call FD but no answer. Not happy The room had a bad smell. The cabinets and small dresser was very old and falling apart. The pictures on the website were not what the hotel actually was.

Overpriced, lousy stay. The front desk person couldnt log in to check me in so it took over 20 mins of waiting after working 13 hrs at the hospital. Then when i got to my room, all the windows were open as if there had been some odor or fumigation or something. I didnt notice any odor so i closed the windows. For the second time ive stayed there people were fighting outside my room disturbing my sleep. someone played loud rap music late into the night when i have to be at work at the hospital at 6:30 am. Price was ok. But this property had cockroach. Not very clean. Front desk staff made me wait for 1 and 1/2 hour for check-in because they are unable to find my reservation in their system. I asked for toaster multiple times, but it was not available.
