Worst place ever, a total ripoff, filthy, bug ridden dump at a very high price!

El hotel esta sucio, tuvimos que esperar mas de 30 minutos en recepcion porq no habia nadie que atiendan. En recepción nunca a nadie se me bloqueo la llave para entrar al cuarto y fue igual llamar y esperar que mandaran a alguien. Servicio pesimo, cuando entro a la habitación con mal olor , sucia , alfombras asquerosas y con mal olor, paredes sucias , el bano igualmente sucio y mal olor, el microondas oxidado ni loco calentaba comida alli?. Upgrade & Cleanup! The property need some upgrade and need a urgent cleanup.The hallways and rooms smelling bad and the people use the public areas and room for smoking.

So dirty. Pillows had stains on them, carpet wasn't even vacuumed, the whole building smelled like smoke.

It was disgusting, we did not stay there. There were cockroaches, the fridge was rusting out, bathroom looked unclean, the smell of smoke was throughout, from the entrance, hallway and in the non smoking room. We had to call another hotel to get a room for the night. Very much disappointed.
