This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The smell was disgusting and awful throughout the whole place. My room was dirty and the floors turned my socks black. In the bathroom, there was stuff all over in the bathtub hair all over the shower walls and somebody had went number one and two in the toilet and left it. Ladies upfront were quite rude and confrontational won’t stay again Galway’s smelled very foul room was clean though

Bathtub had unknown debris in it. There are no bowls, plates, silverware, etc. available. Construction going on at time, so it was noisy and extra dirty. Can only do "linen exchange" between 4:00pm-7:00pm, weekdays. I had no idea and was not at the hotel at the time so I was not allowed to get any towels beside the two (2) main bath towels already in the room. Though their website says they will get them to you. Not a good stay, there was construction in the parking which could be heard in the room. The cleanliness of the room was not good.
