Showed up after making a reservation days before and told they didn’t have a room for us. Staff was rude and the place looked terrible. Was not sad to go somewhere else.

Has reservations but they had no rooms.

Dirty and old rooms. NOTHING IS INCLUDED. No housekeeping, no clean sheets, no clean towels. You have to take your towels to the laundry room between 4-7. They want you to buy a package of pan and pot for $49. Cupboards are beat up and dirty inside all. Fridge was yuck and my sheets at check in were so covered in hair it made me want to vomit. Never stay here!!!

There seems to be blood on the wall and the room smells very bad

There was no silverware, glasses, cups , bowels, plates, no pots or pans or cooking ladles, spatulas, no wash clothes, dish towels,dish soap. I would not recomend staying at this hotel.

Very poor service at check in. She told me she just gave away my room but put me in a different room right next to the elevator which ran all night. Plus she stated I booked through Expedia which I didn't and she said my confirmation number was no good. So she got me a room and took my credit card and I'm watching closely to make sure I'm not double billed

Picture on site IS NOT the actual location The picture is NOT of the location. It is pretty much a run down half way house. I was not expecting much but it was barely furnished! It was old, outdated, in a scary location, and I have never seen so many locks on room doors before (3 in my room) plus 2 different levels of peep holes. I mean I did use each lock though. I won't stay here again unless I am desperately poor. The smell.... It was not pleasant. It almost reminded me of a daycare center.

The hotel was very sketchy and at times I felt unsafe. Not to mention waking up to a roach crawling on my face and more crawling on the walls. Most uncomfortable I’ve been , couldn’t even sleep that night.

Bad experience!! At check in the front was not very friendly. No smile or welcome. Got to the room. Tv not working. Maintenance man replaced it. Toilet looked like some I was I’ll there. Maintenance man cleaned. Jumped into shower. No shower head!! Yes maintenance man fixed it while I froze cold n wet. Left 8:40 am. Front desk locked up. No manager around to complain to. Only good thing was the maintenance man!! He’s working alone trying to keep the place alive.
