Terrible Awful, awful service. Refused to check us in because it was after 7pm, even though I had called and confirmed reservation and that we could be checked in late.

the lady told me on the last day at the last min i still owed 27$ when they had already took 287 off my card for a week i was upset

They Gave my reservation up and didn’t tell me until I came to check in.. highly upset had to pay for another Lyft and make a reservation elsewhere. Front desk was no help, just said sorry.

I was charged unfairly with hidden fees. I checked in just minutes before checkin time, and was charged an extra 50$ without being told why. They blamed it on Expedia.
