The desk lady was nice. But the hotel was gross, not clean. No pillow cases on the pillows. Stove top was dirty. Sat on the bed, felt springs.

Did not have the room I'd reserved and prepaid for. Therefore grandaughter slept on a pallet in tbe floor.

Nightmare!! I thought high price means would be good quality. But that is not the case here. We paid $79 for one night stay ND it was a nightmare. It is a motel converted to hotel. It's a pathetic place. The time we entered the hotel we knew that we gonna regret. There was not even a couch for the customers to sit. The beds in the room were making so much noise. I didn’t like nothing about this facility and I will never ever go back should definitely be taken off Expedia website.... it was nasty unsanitary, had roaches, wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone ever

They strongly believe in bait and switch It's kind of bad when you book a thing and they say they're all out of rooms when you got a reservation number I will never stay there again

Upon walking on the hardwood floor I soon noticed that the bottom of my feet were black. The tub had hair and a ring around it. The mattress was the worst . Would not recommend at all. The staff was nice, however.

Roaches at woodsprings suites Tinker diagonal Okla Had to leave after the first night. Roaches were too bad to stay. Could not watch football game had to kill roaches. Had hard time sleeping. Will not stay again!!!!!
