Time of year and weather play a big role in controlling pests, just like in homes, so sometimes it takes longer than any of us want to see results. We are distressed that you got such a bad impression of our hotel we are sorry for disappointing you.
This hotel was nothing like what we saw online. First room we were given was not clean. Bed was used and had debris in it when covers were pulled back. Room smelled of mold. Black mold visible along wall near ac unit. When we stated we could not stay we were refused a refund. After paying $135 cash as hotel was cash only. No cards. This was a miserable experience from start to finish. We stayed somewhere else. Still out $135!!

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. I had a reservation for 2 days and when i went to check in at 3 they told me no rooms were available because they havent cleaned them yet. They told me i had to wait so they could clean a room real quick. The hotel is full of people who do not care about others. The place was disgusting. One guest had dropped their to go container of food in the hallway and it stayed there for 2 days. I would pay 3 times as much to stay at a better hotel. Cheap price not worth it. SUCKED We've stayed here before with no issues. This place was horrid. The smell of weed, the banging on our walls all night, and running up and down the halls. Ridiculous!! We will not be staying here ever again.

We had smashed bugs on the wall, dirt everywhere, and the pictures had wires falling out of them. The area also had an unsafe feeling.

this place was awful! The lady at the front desk came to the front in Pj's and a head rag. she was rude and very ghetto. They had ppl hanging out in front of the hotel. This is a very bad area and the ppl who work here are very dirty.
