The lady at front desk could have been a little nicer.

Clerk gave us our room unlocked the door and someone was already in there sleeping

Deception...2 towels for 2 weeks....unless u pay extra. No clean sheets for 2 weeks. I will never stay here again. Companies that r deceptive do not deserve my money...I still do have principles

Many guests prefer to do their own laundry in our on-site laundry room, so we do not include fresh sheets and towels as part of our base rate and instead offer this service for a small fee. We apologize if this caused you an inconvenience but hope that your overall stay was both clean and comfortable.
It smell like a nursing home even.the stair way smell bad the bed is hard but it was ok for a stop through
