Bad bed It was really clean. The bed was terrible I could not sleep all night because the bed was lumpy and killed my back. You really need to invest in better mattresses.

Mold in shower beds worn out pillows worn out so bed we just left and found another hotel

If you would like to make tea or coffee in your room, you will need to bring your own cup and equipment. There is no shampoo and no dishes or silverware. There are no reading lights except the overhead spotlights. But if all you need is a place to crash this is an acceptable alternative and it is pretty quiet

Not worth the money This is the cheapest construction of a hotel I have ever seen. Fake brick on the outside that appears to be coming off in a couple of places when we stayed there. There is cheep 1' X 1' vinyl glue down tile in the hall. Vinyl glue down plank flooring appears to be used in the rooms. The room has cheep looking post formed laminate counter tops. Room not clean. Traces of blood on bathroom counter. Snot or body fluids and hair on inside of shower curtain. Large toenail clipping on bedspread. Our "Nonsmoking" room was on a smoking floor; hallway and elevator had strong cigarette smoke odor. Ashtray still in our room. No one at front desk until 8am. Only reason we stayed the night and didnt leave was because there were literally no other hotel rooms available in Norman.

Poor bedding conditions , uncomfortable pillows, smoky smell in the elevator, hallway and the rooms even though labeled as non-smoking inside building facility . Definitely will not back .

I really liked the lack of carpet in the entire facility. The check in experience was poor at best, considering I waiting approximately 15 minutes for someone to even come to the front desk. Eventually I used the lobby phone to call for assistance. I was greeted with a "what do you want? I am helping someone else!". Needless to say...not exactly a warm welcome.

No, no, no!! Requested a nonsmoking room. Walked out of elevator to a wall of smoke smell. People were fighting. Sounded like domestic violence. Since fighting a sinus infection there was No Way I could stay in this room. Receptionist informed me there were no other rooms available, then refused to refund my credit card,even though she had just refunded the cost to family before me because they requested two beds and got a room with one. I am fighting the cost with my credit card company. They are supportive. I did not stay ... read more
