Horrible No one cleans rooms. Smells like cigarette in every hallway.

Nightmare - run, don't walk I know you get what you pay for, but wow. This was a nightmare from start to finish. Completely rude and inattentive front desk attendant, who often was not at the desk. She took my ID to copy, did not give it back, and then when I returned to get it, it was lying in the open, all my personal info visible to any passerby, and she was nowhere to be found. Even with the dingy premises, the two scrawny pillows, old and unrenovated fixtures, I thought we could make it. But it was the lack of internet ... read more

Floor in room was dirty and missing 3 light bulbs

There was nothing unique about the property. It was rather drury at best, clean for sure, but drury. The staff was an extreme disappointment. The lady that runs the front desk certainly wasn't hired for her customer service. The other major drawback was that the non-smoking room still smelled like smoke. It was good in a very tight pinch, but the likelihood of going back is very close to zero.

I was very unhappy with this hotel. I paid for a double bed but got a single bed room. When I asked for non smoking they told me that’s all they had. Check in person was not courteous at all. I am allergic to smoke so I couldn’t sleep at all throughout the night.

Property was clean for the most part. The beds were absolutely horrible, literally felt like we were sleeping on springs. I chose this hotel due to how close it was to our event we were attending but next time i will drive to be able to get some sleep. Very disappointed in not having any toiletries available. Was unable to take a shower or even have soap to wash our hands with. I at least expected the basics for our stay.

When we arrived at 8 pm, there was no staff avail - the desk was closed. It took almost twenty minutes to get an “on call ‘ person to come check us in. There was no info on the site to warn us ahead of time that
