Plus The room was a good size and well laid out.Minus The sink was dirty. It had a soapy scum at the bottom. The toilet was dirty. It had brown stains on it.For an extended stay hotel, it didn't have a dish, pot, pan, plate, or even a fork. What are they suppose to eat off of?I didn't like that we had to wait at the front door and call the desk to be let in. Then they put the cars behind a fence. Room 416. The room and hallway have a musty odor. The window panes are dirty, and the floor carpet is too old.

At check in their credit card system was having issues & I had to call my bank with the bank person literally having to tell the front desk clerk 5 times to restart the credit card machine that they were not receiving the transactions when I swiped my card, the hotel SMELLED HORRIBLE, website showed a pool but turns out they don't have one, the carpet in the room was wet, the bathroom door would not close, the counters were peeling & cracked, 2 towels in the room where 4 people where going to be staying & when I asked for mo... read more

Be very careful at this hotel checked in on Sunday, July 14 and I was early because i was attending a convention down the road at the *** upon arriving I was told but the front desk employee that she would have to charge me for $10 for early check in there was no notification sent with my confirmation stating that I would be charged an additional fee, secondly it is no where on this company's website stating the same, there was no sign post on the wall and/or front counter stating the same I believe that this employee has be... read more

My room was a disaster: Tiled floor, not carpet, that hadn't been mopped or swept in a loooong time, So-called non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes, so bad, the next day my clothing reeked of cigarette smoke, the bathroom had hair all over - tub, sink, counters, floor, is filled with very unsavory people, COST ME $104.85 for this dive for ONE night, and, finally it was poor customer service as the staff member, who didn't smile even once, when I complained about smoke, 'yeah, uh, sometimes people smoke anyway, it happens'. ... read more

*** runs a fraudulent business. I asked to extend my stay for two more days at the weekly rate because I had stayed a full week already. She had her assistant look up the weekly rate, but decided to charge the daily rate stating that two more days does not constitute a week???I then told her I will not be staying two days and will check out the next day. I gave this place a 2 star rating because the pool was under maintenance, meaning we had to go to the Sleep Inn to use their indoor pool. The washer and dryer was also not working. A laundromat was a mile away. For the grab and go breakfast they didn't even have butter for the bagels. We should have been given a discount for all the amenities we paid for but could not use. The bathroom was nice with a modern look. However the toilet paper got damp due to it being right next to the shower. The room itself just needs an update... read more
