Air conditioning in my room did not work. It was probably 80 degrees and very humid. They did upgrade us to a different room for the night, which was good. However, the rooms were kind of dirty and they were completely out of clean towels. Disappointed in my stay after reading such great reviews beforehand.

Room have a bad smell...and the toilet was not flushing...We went for breakfast at 9:25am and there was no breakfast....
****** was nasty there was dirty towels scattered in the bathroom , smell of the room was kind of funny sink was nasty tooth paste all in it and around and carpet was dirty and it was hair all in the bathroom like somebody had been coming they hair before I came in I will never stay here again need to clean and Re model the whole hotel

Old hotel, shuttle took 30 minutes or more each time it was needed. Many people just wondering around hotel. Smells disgusting and rooms need upgrading. There was fighting at lobby and police on scene. Just not a good experience over all.
The front desk lady that checked us in was amazingly kind and knowledgeable. That's about the best I can say. There was blood stains on the bed sheets and comforter. Had I not had my own sheets and blankets I would've thrown a fit. I'm pretty easy going. When checking out I asked when the security deposit would be credited back to my card and the manager very rudely yelled to the front desk guy that my room has to be checked before anything gets credited back like I was a degenerate who broke things.
