Good - All the amenities were working great Bad - Breakfast wasn't provided - Check-in is unnecessarily strict. I arrived at 2:30PM and requested check-in. The room was available but the staff said that system wouldn't allow check-in even at 2:59PM.- Kitchen in the room was dirty

Location was good for our purposes and our room was clean. I had reserved two rooms. Every person was required to show ID and give a phone number. (?!?)) I felt that was very intrusive as the reservation and payment was all on my card. The person checking us in simply said if we didnt like it, we could go elsewhere. We were worried it was too late to get a room elsewhere, so we stayed. DO NOT STAY HERE. It was awful. Upon check in they could not get a key card to work for 30 minutes. Finally got it and left once to buy ice at a gas station and came back to key not working again. It was beyond frustrating. Breakfast was blah..... snacks really.

Extended Stay is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The only reason it got a 1 star was because the price was affordable but the conditions were so bad I would rather sleep in my car. First night, I went back to my car to sleep because the room was so disgusting and dirty, roaches everywhere, the *** remote, and phone were broken. Second night the receptionist moved my room to a better disgusting, dirty, ***** infested room. When I pulled the blanket back there was dirt all over the sheets underneath it. At first is was a nice room walked in clean looked nice then I got food and the roaches came out now giving that I didnt only see just one bug I saw 3-5 within a 10min period of time had to finish up the little food I had and throw everything away and clean up after myself so I will have to give it a 1 star roaches make a rather big impact

Unfortunately we had a bad experience. we had 2 rooms.Rooms / bathroom were dirty. No cooking utilities. Room key did not work at the last night. It was after 10 pm. No one at the front desk anymore, the emergency was not answered. 1 guest had exact same problem. After calling the booking line, we got help after 40 min of waiting for a person who was clearly in the hotel.

I was very unhappy with my stay once I awaken to use the bathroom and a ***** was crawling on the wall. I left immediately after. If I could rate it with zero stars I would.

Nothing worked. No Television, busted refrigerator, locked out of bathroom due to not fixing it. Elevator was broke for 4 days. Overcharged for pets that we did not have. No reimbursement.
