It was the worst experience in my life.I am always traveling using Hotel.com and it was the first time I had problem with a hotel. First I arrived and they couldnt find my reservation, they didnt give me any solution. After insisting the front desk gave me a room that was reserved for another person. Arriving in the room it was with dusty on the furniture, no cups or silverware, the towels with hair. I was afraid to lay down on the bed. No breakfast only a coffee or hot chocolate offer. Room smelled like stale smoke, hallways where dirty and the shower curtain was very stained I wouldnt stay here again

I don't like when I pay for my room online then when I get to the hotel they are asking for one hundred dollars more

Currently in day 2 of 8 .****, tons of none English speaking families residing in one roomup all night yelling, playing ball in parking lot destroying car paint jobs, have to ask for dishes and panscountertops cracked and in disrepair, refrigerator door constantly coming opentub cracked , shower leaks. Disappointing to say the least. I cannot believe that the place is open..just nastyfind another place. Slum not a hotel RN ****

Didnt like my stay. The beds were very uncomfortable, towels were broken, the upstairs room was very loud, the pool is very dirty, theres trash everywhere, there was a stench in the halls, and when we wanted to cancel our stay, they wanted to charge us the amount we spent on the rooms for us to be able to cancel, as well as ignoring our complaints. Really dont recommend staying here.

I will not recommend this hotel or even hotel chain to anyone. The customer service is the absolute worst I ha e ever experienced! And that is from the General Manager not the front desk personnel who seem ok

The hotel is dirty and it has roaches and bedbugs. The first room I was assigned smelled like cat urine and the 2nd room smell like smoke. The carpet is flithy and sticky to the point that my shoes kept getting stuck to the floor. This caused me to trip several times. There was blood on the sheets in my niece's room. When she was moved to a different room there was blood on those sheets as well. They run out of towels daily. The rooms have broken and missing furniture pieces. It was a horrible experience staying in the extended stay ******* location. Power cable was missing on TV, disposal was not working. Dirt everywhere in the room. Hallway had dirty tissues, dirty towels and there was dog p*** in the elevator.Coffee was watery and never ready on time. It frequently ran out and no one bothered to make it.Broken pictures on the wall. No kitchen stuff available. Very dirty no maintenance. And the people at the front desk just listened to everything but didnt do anything.
