Took a long time just to enter as the door was locked, didn't seem like anyone cared either, even though 3 employees were standing inside the door. They seemed like they were to busy flirting with the female in the lobby. Waited 5 minutes outside the locked door while they flirted.

We were surprised to know that we had to do our own cleaning and the sheets would be changed until we left or we did it on our own. They gave us a room that had a moldy smell. the air conditioners from upstairs were dripping water onto our air conditioner and making a noise that keep me awake all nigh.

It’s a great property if you don’t plan on sleeping during the night. Thin walls and an elevator buzzing every 5 seconds made for a sleepless night.

I assumed I booked a hotel with a gym and a pool and there wasn't one. We'll let that one be a fault of mine..... When I opened my rom door a smell came across me that I couldn't stand! The floors looked like they were cleaned with dirty water and had a wet glaze to them. It was damp in the room. The window CLEARLY had a small layer of mold all over the glass. They put me out to a different property in which the rooms were conoletely outdated and they only had smokibg rooms available.

The staff at this property is horrible, rude, and very unprofessional. They told me almost 10pm that they were not honoring my reservations for the next day because they had complaints from guests that my kids was making too much noise. It’s unfair because people across from the room I was in made so much noise. People above me was dragging chairs and stuff.
