The location is not the best, if you're not familiar with Orlando vicinity, DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. It will rip the magic out of your trip. The only good part was the staff. The building seems decent and like the pictures on the outside from afar but that quickly changes once you park your vehicle. The staff was not at the from desk as the clerk is the only person available for everything. Once she arrived check in was quick. Horrible experience My family and I went to stay and we ended up leaving in the middle of the night. We felt very unsafe there. The couple next door was fighting and cops kept showing up and the guy kept pacing outside the hotel waiting to get let in. We had a 5 month old and felt very unsafe. The room was dirty and we found multiple roaches in the room. We tried to call to talk to a manager but the phone number doesn't work. I do not recommend this hotel by any means.
Do not book here This hotel might as well call it motel this hotel is so terriable the rooms are so dirty the bathroom the shower and the sink a part of the sink it pop off and then there no shades on the window the beds are so unconfortable the night all you hear noises feels like your in prision the area of the hotel is not safe the hotel itself is not safe there too many drunks anf drug user its not a good place i give them one star its very poor management i haf to wait 20 minutes after hour to check in
Needs to be torn down
The front desk was not staffed as stated in ads. You always had to call the 500 number and hoped someone would answer. There were only 2 bath towels in the room. Luckily i had my own. There were no wash cloths. The TV would have yo be on almost silent or loud. The hallway smelled as though it hadn't ever been cleaned. Would never stay here again.
The room had a very bad smell, no curtains no soap. Bed linens had a bad smell aswell. Will not be going back.
