Nasty newer (2009) place Nasty!! Cockroaches to hairs in the sheets to some musty mold smell. All the caulking is old. Nothing feels clean. Broken furniture and cabinetry. Filters in wall heat pumps never changed, wiped so it looked like mud smeared. I left. Couldn't stay even though finding all that crap was like watching a horrific car crash. During the night we arrived around 4:00 am with a reservation that was already paid and walked into the front office that was closed. There was a sign to call an extension for after hours check in. We called the extension on the phone and a lady answered. She had advised us that we should’ve been there earlier to be able to check in and that we were too late for our reservation and that they don’t do after hours check in.
