I guess the card I used did not reserve booking, when I called the hotel to confirm they said they had it and overnight staff said I could check in early. Flew in with 5 kids 3 under 3 and drove 1.5 hours from Orlando airport got there and said sorry, you can't check in. Room my sister had bloody underwear that wasn't disposed of. the shower head fell off and almost hit my newphew's head.They compensated for that $100.00 but this place is for people who just want to stay if they don't have homes or something..they don't clea... read more

Room was dirty, we request be change to another room and the second one have also roaches, the hallways also were very dirty

Staff needs to improve on housekeeping and maintenance. Front desk employees were rude and disrespectful.

Totally a waste of money They gave us a room where nothing was operable, tv didn't work, no trash can, the bed was terribly bad. Worst breakfast

The worst place ever Pet smells

Smelly Hotel This hotel smelled so bad. And our bathroom wasn't clean, the tub was dirty. Our room smelled, the hallways smelled. It was disgusting and we should have asked for a refund but it was so late we didn't really have a choice. Won't go back to Extended stays again.

From check in the staff was extremely extremely rude we stayed for about a week and it was towards the end of my stay that I witnessed the front desk gentleman call a customer an obscene inappropriate name. Will never stay at this property again…. With all of the competition in the area definitely save your money and go to a different property.
