Nice area but the room had bugs plus no pots or pans or silverwear that we could use Beds were somewhat comfortable needs new pillows

We asked for a nonsmoking room and was charge an extra 250$ for smoking in the room. Me nor my boyfriend smoke. Now we are fighting to get our money back. We only went to Orlando for a funeral. The hotel just made the whole situation worse. I wish I had chosen to stay at my usual hotel but that was about 45mins away from where the funeral was being held.

Horrific The services was horrible, the person in front desk was pleasant. He made is come down to retrive extra blankets. The kitchen was dirty. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The blankets are flimsy. After having a rough night, house keeping comes knocking asking for towels. Apparently they had ran out towels for other guest. I kid you not.... the worst.....

First off, I had to wait about 15 mins before anyone from the hotel was able to check us in because no one was at the front desk. Then we had two rooms and asked that the rooms be next door. Sounds simple right? We were given rooms 316 and 317, little did we know 316 is right next to the elevator and 317 was at the end of the Hall. I called the front desk and was told nothing else is available. Rooms are run down and old. Linens are poor quality. There is absolutely nothing good to report here.

Not what I expected. It felt old and run down.

it was ok, major issues was there were lot of roaches live and dead ones and they do not do the cleaning at all, they said will do only after check out
