Can not recommendable Pillows had hair particules, smell of the bad terrible, air in the room smells terrible, barhroom and towels had hair particules

Very horrible experience.. We weren’t informed that a credit card was needed for “incidentals” until we got there and had already paid for the rooms in advance. We were there 3 nights, 4 days, and never saw house keeping. No clean towels or anything. The bed was extremely hard, and the television didn’t get any of the channels that were on the channel guide in the room. The television didn’t even show clearly. Fuzz on most of the channels. Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in!!!! First of all it’s hard to get too!!! Second was it was an extended stay there was no pots and pans n the room!!! You had to go down to the desk to ask for the hair dryer!!! Third the breaskfast bar was crappy!! Fourth asking the staff a simple quests like we’re at some places to eat close by and the only place they knew was Wendy’s!!! I am a Marriott rewards card holder and that was my first and last time I stay at this hotel or another extended stay!! But a bad taste n my mouth!!

Total Debacle I checked in around 10:30 PM and told the front desk associate I finally made it. After telling my name, she stated "We canceled your reservation". Needless to say I was taken back and asked how and why since I had a confirmed confirmation. She told me since I was not there by 6:00 PM they ran my credit card and it was declined. I explained I was in town to attend a funeral in the morning, she told me there were no other rooms available. I asked her to show me their policy indicating they run credit card number... read more

Race weekend I should have researched hotel more, didn’t realize room service didn’t exist and towels had to be exchanged at front desk. Probably a decent property for someone staying for awhile , but not a 3 day stay.

Needs remodeling or more... The room had a musty order, the stove burners had food crumbs everywhere, the carpet was ripped up, and the free breakfast is a joke- granola bars, mini muffins, and coffee.
