Well first off check in was OK. When I got to my room it was HOT the A/C was OFF. Everything we asked for they didn't have ex.

Never will i stay here again!!! My 3 night stay was horrible!!! I was bitten the first night of Bedbugs. I was moved to a second room thatsmelled of stink sweaty feet. I was then given a third room that I slept with light on because I was scared of being bitten again.The hotel refused to give me a full refund. On my last night there I went to bathroom and found 2 roaches. In the am i went to laundry room to wash my clothing. Nothing like the pictures. The complementary breakfast. They didn't have anything but some muffins. They were out of everything. The desk clerk just said sorry, we are out of everything.

The doors were locked and no one was at the front desk. The phone kept ringing but no one was there to answer. The room smelled of mold and mildew. My throat and lungs hurt and the next day I developed a cough that turned into bronchitis! The sheets and towels were scratchy and rough. Someone tried opening my room door at 3 a.m. multiple times. Which is terrifying!! Front desk then called my room at 3:15 a.m. and I heard “yup, someone is in that room”. They told me many would call in the morning, never heard from them.

Rooms were very dirty and outdated. Very disappointed overall. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Orlando June 8, stay First room,on third floor, had strong odor. Went to the front desk and the room was changed. The second room, on the first floor, was an improvement; however, all the windows were not latched. Please note there is a safety lock that prevents the windows from bieng opened more than three inches. I believe this shows a lack of attention to details. Room was dirty and smelled like smoke even though it was marked non smoking. Fire alarm went off and building was evacuated late evening. There was human feces in the stair corridor and the door to the outside was completely broken. I will never return myself or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Never again First room had ants everywhere and kitchen was dirty. Second room had ants and dirty sheets. Towels were worn and dingy. No ice machine. Breakfast was granola bars and coffee. I should have asked for my money back but just wanted out of there
